PROJECT: Creek View & Creek Terraces (The Arkadians)

SUPER STRUCTURE WORK: Responsible for monitoring progress, preparing daily progress reports, concrete batching logs, reconciliation of supplied bulk materials at site & maintaining daily concreting records of structural elements. Ensure the quality by witnessing construction work with the consultant including inspections of layout, reinforcement work, formwork, supervision of concrete pouring, batching plant trials, sampling and testing of reinforcement bars and aggregates. Monitored & supervised the Slab Load Test conducted by C.E.S on 3rd Floor of Tower B to observe satisfactory performance of the slab.

PILING WORK: Monitored the Kent-ledge system of index pile load test, reviewed design of girders, block sizes and weights for the test loads. Responsible for monitoring progress of piling work, preparing pile record data from drilling to concrete pouring & maintaining concrete cylindrical strength test records of each pile. Also ensure the quality of work by inspection of drilling work, bore sampling, cage inspection and pouring of pile. Witnessed the Cross Hole Sonic Logging (CSL) Test conducted by GeoScience Associates on working piles of Tower C.

FINISHING WORK: Engaged in different activities related to finishing items include quantity take-off & resolution of discrepancies through negotiation/correspondence with consultants as per site conditions. Overseeing execution & supervision of finishing works include block masonry, MEP duct installation, plaster, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, paint, wood cladding, door fixing and waterproofing work.
